What is Bluetooth proximity marketing?

Bluetooth proximity marketing allows advertisers to communicate with targeted consumers at Point of Purchase locations within the Hitch Media network by sending short-range messages to Bluetooth equipped mobile devices.

How do Bluetooth devices communicate?

Bluetooth enabled devices communicate via radio frequency transfer (2.45 Gigahertz frequency) This radio frequency transfer allows devices to send text, video, music, software, and more without involving mobile service providers.

What is the range of Bluetooth proximity marketing?

Hitch Media Inc only targets users within our network partner establishments, marketing range
varies from partner to partner. Hitch Media transmitters are capable of sending a marketers message anywhere from 10 - 100 meters

Do users have a choice whether they want to receive an advertisement or not?

Yes, once a consumer enters the Hitch Media network of retail establishments they are sent content, coupons or discounts regarding that establishment along with a sponsored advertisement. They have the power to opt-in or opt-out of the message.
